For the purposes of public health protection<\/strong>, we must keep a record of the staff members and all people staying at the hotel -name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, email)- so that we are able to communicate with the close contacts of a possible COVID-19 case, which may be identified at a later time.<\/p>\n

Note that attention is paid to the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and that all information is kept for public health protection reasons only.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Between the departures - arrivals of guests there is a general cleaning - disinfection of the rooms<\/strong> according to the strict instructions of \u0395\u039f\u0394\u03a5 (Hellenic National Public Health Organization) for the Covid - 19 virus and strengthening of the sanitation services in all common areas with a steam cleaner and cold spray with chlorine dioxide.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Aiming to minimize the amount of air staying in a room, the following are some suggestions for the use of air conditioners<\/strong> in rooms where it is possible:<\/p>\n

  • Increase the supply of fresh air to all air conditioning units and complete avoidance of air recirculation.<\/li>\n
  • In any case, it is recommended that care be taken for continuous or at least systematic natural ventilation of the room through openings (windows, external doors) even with the simultaneous use of air conditioners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    In the event of a guest noticing any symptoms of Covid-19 (such as fever, dry cough, diarrhea, sore throat, arthralgias \/ myalgias and nasal congestion), they should immediately inform the person responsible<\/strong> for implementing the suspected case management plan or any staff member, for the effectiveness of the incident.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Each member of Kostis Villas' staff strictly adheres to the basic protection measures<\/strong> against COVID - 19:<\/p>\n

    Frequent hand hygiene, physical distancing from customers and other staff in all workplaces, rooms and rest areas, avoid touching their faces and general personal and respiratory hygiene.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
